Mary Newman is a FRAME trustee.
All Trustees oversee the running of FRAME, from setting its strategy and having overall responsibility for its work and finances.
Mary began working at FRAME in October 1990 Public Relations Secretary, before taking on the role of Office Manager. Mary retired in 2017 when she was invited to join FRAME’s Board of Trustees.
Over the years, Mary has really enjoyed being part of such a worthwhile cause. She believes FRAME can really help to educate people regarding the 3Rs and hopefully eliminate the use of animals in research.
What it means to be a Trustee of FRAME:
“For me, it’s being able to engage with the other Trustees in working towards ending the use of animal experiments. Also, as a “non-scientist” I feel that I now know more about this subject.”Back to the team
