Projects
FRAME carries out a wide range of projects to help research and develop new and more effective methods in our mission to find alternatives to animal testing.
Our projects include both lab-based and office-based research. FRAME supports human-relevant research projects at the FRAME Alternatives Laboratory. FRAME also supports other 3Rs relevant research through the provision of grants, for example via the Summer Studentship Programme. Human dietary study involving FAL is published
In a study involving staff at the FAL, the effect of limiting food intake to 8 hours of the day has on metabolic health and weight loss was assessed in healthy human subjects.
