Are you looking for a new, part-time role in a flexible, people-first environment that’s working to make the world better for humans and animals? We’re looking for an individual to join us for 18 hours a week as an Executive Support Officer.
About the role
Your day-to-day duties will involve supporting our CEO Celean Camp with a full range of confidential P.A. support and providing administrative support to the senior management team. You’ll help us to deliver our governance and compliance functions, as well as supporting projects, and generally ensuring FRAME runs like a well-oiled machine!
This is by no means a paint-by-numbers role though, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to shape our systems, improve processes, and get involved with our entire team and their work.
While you don’t need a scientific background, an interest in science and animal welfare would be useful as you’ll need to be confident dealing with queries from scientists and industry professionals, as well as students and members of the public about FRAME’s work. We’re a small, supportive team though so we’ll always be available for guidance and support, especially as you settle into your new role.
Who will you be working alongside?
FRAME has a long and proud history as the oldest charity focused on replacing animals in biomedical testing. We have been influential in developing and validating new research methods as well as advising regulators and policy-makers.
We’re a close-knit team who work remotely across the UK (and sometimes abroad!) Because of our small team size, we’re able to work incredibly collaboratively, supporting each other, and including we all have a voice in FRAME’s growth – including you. Find out more about us by visiting our meet the team page
Applications close 5PM March 30th and first stage interviews will begin week commencing 6th April.
